Rental Policies

50% Due at time of reservation, remaining amount due at scheduled pick up date or before we deliver.

All rentals are per day or event unless stated otherwise or prior arrangements have been made.

Reservation cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled pickup date and time.  Any cancellations made within 30 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  Any cancellations made within 7 days are subject to the full rental amount on any rental items.

All returns must be made on scheduled date, if the items are late there may be an additional charge for the rentals.  The rental items will be inspected by staff.  All items except linens must be returned clean and in the same order they left in.  If items are returned dirty there is a 50% cleaning fee in addition to the rental price.

Delivery and set-up can be arranged in advance at an additional charge.  Our delivery includes delivery and pick up of items.  We will only delivery to where we can back up to.  If a set-up is also arranged the items will be set-up in the order the customer would want.

If you are renting a canopy we recommend that it be staked or use water barrels.

If you are renting a stage, we do not offer set-up of this item, but we do offer delivery.  The stage must be on a firm level ground.

On all rental items we do offer a damage waiver.  The damage waiver is 14% of each rental item.  Unless waived by customers initials next to the damage waiver charge of the contract, customer agrees to pay a damage waiver fee.  In exchange for this damage waiver fee, lessor agrees to pay in full replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment due to any cause whatsoever.  This would relieve lessee of liability for accidental damage to the rental item(s) on the contract, and for loss due to fire, collision, windstorm, upset and riot.  However, excluded from this waiver is any loss due to theft, burglary, misuse or abuse, theft by conversion, international damage, mysterious disappearance or any loss due to customer failing to care for the rented item(s) as a prudent man would his own property, such as proper lubrication.
